Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To start a return, email us at [your email] with your order number.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, used pet bedding, litter accessories, and opened consumables cannot be returned.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color. Contact us and we'll sort it out.
